We are affiliated with USA Gymnastics, and we compete in events sanctioned by USAG. Parents, if your child has caught the gymnastics bug, why not let them take it to the next level? Our competitive gymnastics program offers the perfect opportunity to do just that. Joining the team is by invitation or tryouts; once they make the team, they don’t have to try out again. Plus, we are affiliated with USA Gymnastics, and compete our athletes in USAG sanctioned events. Are you the parent of a child who loves gymnastics? Our competitive gymnastics program is the perfect choice for kids who want to take their skills to the next level. For over 60 years, the Randy Trousdell Gymnastics Center has been providing children in Tallahassee with the opportunity to participate in gymnastics. The 27,000 square foot facility offers plenty of amenities, including two competitive floor areas, floor pits, a separate preschool gym, dance studio and a kindergym. There's also a conference room and seating for over 230 spectators. The competitive program at the Randy Trousdell Gymnastics Center has an impressive history, with three former participants having gone on to become Olympians. It also represents Tallahassee in local, state, regional and national competitions. To join the program, general public class registrations take place in August, December and May. With more than 500,000 children having already participated, the Randy Trousdell Gymnastics Center is still going strong.

Camp Flastacowo is the ultimate outdoor experience for youth 8-17 years old! Located on Lake Bradford in Tallahassee, Florida, Camp Flastacowo provides activities and experiences that give kids the opportunity to gain respect and knowledge for the outdoors and for each other. From canoeing and sailing to challenge courses and art & crafts, our activities are designed to foster self-confidence, develop an appreciation for nature and create a connection to the outdoors that will last a lifetime. Our diverse programs bring youth together from different backgrounds and experiences to create a safe and supportive environment to learn, grow and discover the great outdoors!
