For parents and kids who have fallen in love with the sport of gymnastics and want to take their skills to the next level, our competitive gymnastics program is the perfect choice. Team members are invited to join the team or can try out; once they make the team, they don’t have to try out again. We are affiliated with USA Gymnastics, and we compete in events sanctioned by USAG. Parents, if your child has caught the gymnastics bug, why not let them take it to the next level? Our competitive gymnastics program offers the perfect opportunity to do just that. Joining the team is by invitation or tryouts; once they make the team, they don’t have to try out again. Plus, we are affiliated with USA Gymnastics, and compete our athletes in USAG sanctioned events. Are you the parent of a child who loves gymnastics? Pre-School Gymnastics
Our Preschool Gymnastics Program creates the foundation for a child’s early motor and cognitive development. Children experience a tremendous amount of growth and development between birth and 5 years old. There are definitive links between a child’s cognitive development and physical development. Deficits in one area will also show in other areas. Skills learned and developed during these early years establish a lifetime of skill attainment and cognitive development.

School-Age Gymnastics
Our School - Age gymnastics program refers to children age 5+ (although children at 5 and 6 years old are often not yet in school). Classes are set up with a 7:1 or 8:1 ratio depending on the target group. After age 5, children are separated into Boys-only and Girls-only classes. Participants will learn everything from proper stretching/body positions to swinging on the bars, to cartwheels and flips on the floor. No prior experience is required. As children develop, we have more progressive classes to keep them challenged.

Summer Camps
Our summer camps offer a fantastic option for children to spend their summers. Most families sign up for multiple weeks, if not every week we offer the camps. Snacks are provided, while Lunch is the responsibility of the parents for Full-Day campers.
