KIDS CLASS PROGRAM

This program is focused to develop agility, flexibility, and coordination for our youngest students. Fun games and interactive drills that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and beginner techniques are included in our curriculum. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods. It ensures a strong foundation and a better understanding of our art while keeping it enjoyable and interesting for the kids.
