El Dorado Hills Soccer Club (EDHSC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth soccer in the El Dorado County. This private 501(c)(3) non-profit sports club is geared towards enriching the local youth soccer community. The club offers a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn and play soccer, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Established in 1984, the EDHSC has a long-standing commitment to providing recreational soccer opportunities for the young athletes in the Sacramento region. The club was initiated to give children a chance to engage in soccer, develop their skills, and cultivate a love for the sport. It has since been a hub of soccer activity for the youth, serving as a platform for them to explore their soccer potential. In the past few years, the EDHSC has made significant progress in creating opportunities for even the most competitive players. The club has expanded its programs and offerings, aiming to cater to all levels of skill and interest. It’s not just about participation, but also about providing a platform for those who want to excel in the sport, making it a great place for young soccer enthusiasts to grow and develop.

Recreational Program
ITTY BITTY KICKERS PROGRAM - Itty-Bitty Kickers is a specialized 8-10 week clinic style grassroots program designed to cultivate young players by building a soccer foundation beginning as young as age 3. Our Itty-Bitty Program will begin building a positive team culture and consists of soccer activities that will help develop large motor skills, balance, listening, and changing direction through technical skill exercises and free play! We run two programs a year. One program in the Fall and one in the Spring. SPRING RECREATIONAL PROGRAM - The Spring Recreational Program is a shortened Spring season that begins in March for Ages U6-U12. This is a continuation of the Fall season, so age criteria is the same as the Fall Rec Program. This is a volunteer coach lead program that focuses on small sided game format, which provides more goals and fun-filled action for players. Teams will practice once a week and play games on Saturday on fields in the El Dorado Hills area. REC PLUS TRAINING - Rec Plus is a supplemental training opportunity for our U6-U19 Rec players that are participating in Fall Recreational Programs. It is an additional one hour weekly session led by our Pro Trainers and delivered by our College/High School Trainers. These will be fun practices which will incorporate invasion/evasion games, small-sided games and mini free play scrimmages.

COMPETITIVE SOCCER PROGRAM
El Dorado Hills Soccer Club is a community-based organization in which its members, including players, parents, families, coaches, teams and the local community, collectively provide an enriching environment that enables growth, development, teamwork, success and positive values while creating life-long experiences for our soccer community. The El Dorado Hills Soccer Club’s Comp Program provides our young soccer players and Community with a blend of high-level Coaching/Training and a sense of ownership among the families. Our teams are coached by our Pro Coaches/Trainers. Having high-level coaches leading our club is fantastic! Their experience and expertise can make a significant difference in the performance and development of the team. This provides an unparalleled experience for our players, and allows for a collaborative effort between the coaches, trainers, and team families.
