MAKOR – ENTERING GRADES 2-5

The Makor division is home to Beber Camp’s youngest campers. During the summer, Makor campers are introduced to a well-rounded view of all program areas and the experience is focused on building relationships and developing new skills. Many of our Makor campers are away from home for the first time and their counselors make sure they get the attention and care needed to make the most of their experience. First time Makor campers are given the option of coming to camp for our 2 week rookie program and can choose to extend their experience to 4 weeks. Please note, that after their first summer at camp, all kids must come for a minimum of 4 weeks.

In addition to the bunk and hobby programming, they also have several exciting out of camp trips. These include a trip to the Wisconsin Dells and an amazing choice-based three day/two night camping trip. RAMOT – ENTERING GRADES 8-10

The Ramot division is the oldest of our camper divisions. The Ramot Program is designed to provide our older campers with the most enjoyable camp experience, while simultaneously enabling them to expand their leadership skills. This is done through a combination of classic Beber Camp programming, exciting out of camp trips (Water park, 3 Day camping trips) and age appropriate social activities. The Ramot experience at Beber Camp is steeped in amazing rites of passage and our oldest campers love being a part of 40 years of tradition.
