At Bujin Ki Do Karate, our instructors are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential while having fun. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow in their martial arts journey. Our instructors are trained and certified to teach Bujin Ki Do Karate. They will help each student progress at their own pace while instilling the discipline and respect that is fundamental to martial arts.

BeAKid
Just For kids
Children's classes begin with a series of age appropriate stretches and warm up exercises. Our instructors have a great deal of experience working with children and lead an energetic and fun class where learning is centered around a relaxed and enjoyable non-competitive atmosphere. A class warm up may begin with a simple game of follow the leader where one student leads the class in skipping, running, and jumping around the room. Games such as "Sensei Says" (a karate version of Simon Says) let students practice their techniques in a fun yet motivating setting. Students learn respect for their fellow classmates and work together in an environment where there are beginning and advanced students all encouraging one another to succeed. The ultimate goal is that children learn self-respect and to be proud of their abilities in and out of the martial arts.

Class Etiquette
The class etiquette at East Madison Karate, LLC is based upon respect. Respect for the art of Karate, respect for the dojo (school) where we practice our art, respect for the sensei (teacher) who instructs us, and respect for our fellow students.
