Monique H07/25/20224.88The camp in Towering Pines is fantastic! Every year my son has adored camp, and he is eagerly awaiting the day when he may return. One of the most picturesque locations, the camp offers the guys fantastic possibilities to try new things, establish friends, and develop their leadership and personal skills. The amazing counselors, the leadership group, and the overall pleasant experience camp offers youngsters can't be praised highly enough.
Lyka B07/27/20225For boys, Towering Pines is a fantastic home away from home. In a loving, welcoming, and well watched outdoor setting, my son developed his self-assurance, independence, abilities, and friendships while having the time of his life. The activities encourage skill development as individuals so kids challenge themselves and gain confidence from their own accomplishments, rather than constantly comparing themselves to others. This makes it the ideal place for boys of all different energy levels and athletic abilities to explore opportunities beyond just team sports. Living in a group setting is a fantastic way to develop social skills and create lifelong friendships.
Jenny E06/28/20225Towering Pines was a hit with my son! It was excellent because it was my son's first summer because the staff is amazing and they provide the ideal degree of communication so you can know how your camper is doing. He is eager to go back the following summer!
Jasper B10/18/20225The list of activities includes waterskiing, horseback riding, rifelry, fishing, tennis, hiking, and visits to the zoo. This camp fosters friendship like nowhere else. Given that their sister camp, Woodland, is nearby, both camps occasionally get together for various occasions. The long day is frequently finished with singalongs and s'mores around the campfire. This facility receives five stars for its full-time on-site cooks, nurses, instructors, counselors, and maintenance personnel.
Annie F09/26/20225I completely agree with the philosophy and deliberateness of Towering Pines' entire program evolution. The three-week themes of ACCELERATE, CELEBRATE, and ACCLIMATE are perfect! Kids today NEED the long-term program because they need the chance to overcome obstacles and work through their difficulties. Anyone can get through a week or two, but the actual work of camp begins in the following weeks, which is why the conclusion is such enjoyable and has such an impact.
