In the summer of 2009, Ric Wagner and Lauren Foxworth, his niece, made a dream come true. Together they opened Ultimate Gymnastics Academy in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since January 2011, UGA has been operating at its current location.

Lauren had always wanted to own a gym, and Ric was her mentor from a young age. Reflecting on their decision to open UGA, Lauren said, “Together I knew we would make a good team.”

The combination of Ric and Lauren’s expertise has resulted in many college gymnastics scholarships for their students. UGA has also had multiple gymnasts make it to Regionals, Eastern and National Championships. Ric and Lauren’s coaching and dedication have made those successes possible.

For the tot to experience jumping, Gymnastics skills, flexibility and fun!
(Parent must accompany child.) Circuits include stimulation with motor skills and social interaction between coaches and other tots making it fun and engaging!

 My Pal & Me Ages: 18MOS-3YO

For preschool age children who want to learn different forms of stunting and parkour skills. Instruction along with games and circuits will engage the kids with motor development and social engagement and strength conditioning.



Beginner Ninja Ages: 3YO-5YO

For coordination, balance, gymnastics skills, flexibility, discipline and fun! Beginning instruction on the main four gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with trampoline time as well as introducing strength and conditioning games.

I just collaborated with them to organize a stunt clinic for my cheering squad, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
