Every week, my 5-year-old looks forward to kickboxing. He has learned so much in the last eight months, not only about kickboxing but also about discipline and respect.

I've just begun my second 6-week session with Mike. Fantastic individual. Excellent instructor. He knows his stuff and manages to keep it interesting. We're so glad we found him!

I've seen more gains than I ever imagined possible since starting to work out with Mike about 14 weeks ago. I never thought I could squat, bench press, or deadlift, but now I can do all three and continue to improve. I never thought I'd like boxing, but I do, and I love that it's a great cardio alternative while also teaching me awesome self-defense skills!
