Welcome to Jewelz Yoga! My name is Jewel, and I'm so excited to share my love of yoga, meditation, optimism and joy with you. I have a certification from Kidding Around Yoga in infant, toddler and children's yoga, as well as a 200-hour teen/adult yoga certification from Yoga Alliance-registered 200-hour (RYS) yoga school Yoga Renew. I'm also passionate about using water exercise to help people reach their fitness goals while having fun. As well as being a certified yoga teacher, I have a degree in early childhood education and a bachelor's degree in psychology. I'm currently working on completing my counseling master's degree.
