Mel S09/12/20225Sessions with a personal trainer are fantastic! Since January 2022, I've consistently gone three times a week for 30 to 45 minutes (along with dieting), and as a result, I've lost almost 18 inches altogether and two sizes. I feel wonderful after a great workout, both physically and psychologically. It has enhanced my ability to concentrate and helped me better control my anxieties. The trainers are all top-notch, but Tamarin, Demonte, and Damian stand out in particular.
Melanie H08/10/20225The best kickboxing gym in the Grand Strand is CKO. The owner and trainers are outstanding in every way. Every instructor and class are unique from one another. When I'm working out, my mind tends to wander or I get easily bored. Thanks to CKO, this is no longer the case. Additionally, there is a genuine family camaraderie that I adore. If you're unsure whether to try it or not, go for it! You can even take the first class you try out for free. You'll get dependent!
Anie B08/15/20225I had no intention of joining CKO. I've been engaging in a variety of other physical activities and hadn't anticipated switching those out for cko sessions. I enjoy every aspect of training, including the instructors, the degree of difficulty, the music, and even the warm summer training locations, which are actually quite good for us. Dian K03/15/20225I started training with CKO in May in their 3-pass class; as a newbie in kickboxing, it's a challenging workout at first, but it gets better. I recall burning 1,200 calories in one session and often burning between 800- and 1,000 calories. Since I began in May, I have lost 28 pounds in total. Although the facility is a little warm, I believe it increases the burn. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym to help you reach your fitness objectives!
Ally D03/21/20225I relocated from NY to SC during the lockdown, and I've really missed going to a CKO to work out! I really enjoy working out, and the staff is friendly and provides a terrific workout. All fitness levels can work out here; it doesn't matter if you're just beginning your fitness adventure or if you have more expertise! Go at your own speed! I would highly recommend going here if you want to work out, see results, feel good, or simply alleviate some tension.
