The Salvation Army was able to open this and 26 other Kroc Centers throughout America due to a $1.5 billion gift from Joan Kroc. In order to open, each community had to provide a certain percentage of the funds required. The Greenville community went above and beyond, providing the needed funds to open the 74,000 square foot building. The Kroc Center Greenville offers something for everyone.
