    About Carolina Stars Gym in Fort Mill, SC

    At Carolina Stars, we believe that gymnastics should be fun and rewarding for children of all ages and abilities. Our experienced and dedicated staff are passionate about helping each child reach their personal best. Paul and Alisha have been running Carolina Stars since 2001 and have seen their dream blossom into a state of the art facility. Through a variety of exciting programs, we provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children of all ages and abilities to learn and grow. Our mission is to promote the physical, mental and emotional development of each child through fun and positive activities. We believe in teaching children the value of hard work, discipline and respect, while helping them to reach their personal goals.

    Starlets

    Our Starlets class is a parent participation class. This class is designed for children 18 months to 3 years old. The class will teach basic gymnastics skills as well as correct terminology. We are now offering this class on Friday mornings. Please click the "New Nov. Class" link to register for the Starlets class.

    Little Dippers

    Our Little Dippers class is a beginner level 3-4 year old class. Children will learn basic gymnastics skills using proper technique and terminology. Children will work predominantly on bars, beam and floor while adding tumble track periodically.

    Big Dippers

    Our Big Dippers class is an intermediate level 3-4 year old class. Once a child has mastered the necessary skills, terminology and listening skills required in Little Dippers, his/her instructor will move the child into this class. Participants will build on the skills learned in the Little Dippers class.
