The Flip-Fly class incorporates tumbling, tramps, balance and acrobatics. We are teaching each child a new way to Flip and Fly to become more versatile, so they can gain their own style in gymnastics & sports. Each class is packed full of gymnastics techniques, coordination activities, tumbling routines and body conditioning.
