Parent & Tot Gymnastics
This half-hour, open structure class is designed to enhance a child's motor, listening, and social skills through fun-oriented gymnastics activities. (An adult is expected to actively participate with their child) The class is offered to boys and girls 18 months to 36 months.
3-Year-Old Gymnastics
This 45-minute class is the introduction to basic gymnastics skills, more advanced motor skills, and increased strength and flexibility. Children at this level will begin developing their handstands and cartwheels while enjoying incredible fitness obstacle courses on the gymnastics equipment. The class is offered to boys and girls ages 3 years old.
4-6-Year-Old Gymnastics
This one hour class is for children 4 and 6 years old that want a fun educational gymnastics experience giving them both skills for gymnastics and other sports. This class is more structured and starts with a fun warm-up. It is designed for the development of gymnastics, which includes uneven bars, balance beam, tumbling, and Tumbl Trak.
