The West Warwick Girls Softball League is a nonprofit organization that has been providing girls with a fun and safe softball experience since 1957. All league activities are supervised by members of the local community who have the children’s best interests in mind. The league offers girls ages 4 to high school graduation a chance to learn the fundamentals of softball and the value of being part of a team. With an emphasis on team-building and community involvement, the West Warwick Girls Softball League offers girls the opportunity to learn the importance of working together to achieve a common goal. The league also teaches the value of giving back to the community, helping to build a sense of pride within the girls and instilling a sense of community within the local area. The West Warwick Girls Softball League has been a special part of the local community for more than six decades. It is a safe place where girls can learn the basics of softball and the importance of teamwork, as well as the value of giving back to the community they are a part of. With a focus on sportsmanship and safety, the league provides girls with a fun and enjoyable softball experience.

BeAKid
6U
6U is a team of girls between the ages of 4 years old to 6 years old. This division uses a soft brightly colored ball that the coaches pitch, this division is made to introduce the game to the girls. Each inning the entire team bats the games usually go only 3 innings.
BeAKid
8U
8U is a team of girls that are between the age of 6 years old to 8 years old. This division is coach pitch each batter is pitched 6 pitches. If still at the plate after the 6th pitch has been thrown, the batter will be declared out. Balls and strikes are not called, only the amount of pitches thrown will be counted. A batter can strike out swinging. A maximum of 4 runs can be scored in all innings except for the last inning where runs scored are unlimited. Games will be 6 innings in length unless shortened by the run-ahead rule. No new inning will begin after 80 minutes. The USA Softball international tie-breaker rule will be used should a game be tied after either 80 minutes or 6 innings. Run ahead rule: If a team is ahead by 12 runs after 4 complete innings (3 and 1/2 innings, if the home team is ahead), or 8 runs after 5 complete innings (4 and 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead), the game is over. Stealing is allowed on a passed ball, there is no stealing home.

10U is a team of girls 8 years old to 10 years old. This division is the girls pitching to the batter.
