Our Kid's Martial Arts Classes
Kids need a creative place like CAMA to help focus their minds and energy within their martial arts training. In each class, we strive to engage the kids to work toward a gainful mental and physical workout. You will find our studio to be a passionate environment geared towards instructions around discipline, fitness, and teamwork. You will quickly see the benefits of this program as your child’s mood improves, level of focus increases and sense of excitement grows as she/he learns self-defense. Our Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Here at Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts, we have a unique way of infusing your KENPO training with the Jujitsu area of "self-defense." In a short period, you will find during your training you will start learning the very basic aspects and principles of Jujitsu and its very numerous applications. As the student progresses in their training, that individual will gain more understanding and further her or his skills within this important art. Professor William Ambrosia, chief instructor/owner of Cerio Ambrosia Martial Arts and Martial Arts practitioner for over 40 years. You will greatly benefit from his in-depth working knowledge of this valuable art.

Women's Self Defense Classes
Here at CAMA, we provide realistic, effective, and reliable self-defense instruction. Our training and tactics course provides an education in awareness specifically designed for women’s self-defense, although men are welcome to join this class too! The course is created to meet the unique needs of countering an attempted rape, abduction, or assault. Our escalated courses don't require a long commitment.
