de la Dance Center is for all who love dance, all kinds of dance, all kinds of dancers, all kinds of bodies. We believe dance should be joyful and fun. We believe dance is part of our lives, not something outside of it. We treat you honestly, directly, and with care. We are fully committed to our art form and to our students. We encourage your passion, validate who you are as a person and dancer, and challenge and teach you. 

We hope to learn from you. Integrity, honesty, commitment, and artistry guide us. All of our instructors are personable and fully certified to teach at all levels. Dance

Inexpensive

3-5 years 1st day of term
For the child always dancing around to music at home! In our Dance FUNdamentals class your child will continue to grow their love for dance by exploring new movement to music surrounded by friends and a nurturing teacher. Rhythm, musicality, spacial intelligence, creativity, and flexibility are only a few things that will be covered in our Dance FUNdamentals class.

DANCE FUNDAMENTALS 1 & 2

In this one 60 minute class per week, there’s emphasis on correct use of legs, feet, and alignment of the torso to help prepare the young dancer for the formal structure of a ballet technique class. Furthering the skills of the Fundamentals class, students develop an increased attention span, self-discipline, and learn proper conduct in class. It will also include more extensive work with rhythms, balance, and physical coordination.



INTRO TO BALLET 1 6-7 years old

With two recommended 75 minute classes per week, the beginner ballet class is designed to introduce the standard class structure of barre and center work. Students will learn basic steps, positions, vocabulary with emphasis placed on discipline, musicality, and technique. The objective of this class is to provide a rudimentary foundation to basic ballet.

Young dancers might be inspired by gifted instructors, while serious students can receive advanced training. Additionally, the conveniently located studio is well-appointed and has easy access.
