In 1961, this wonderfully energetic woman would have nothing less than a place to impart her love and enjoyment for dance. As Mason's first dance studio, Naomi's legacy continues in the lives of her daughter and the teachers who have the privilege of teaching dance!
Our classes are taught by very experienced instructors, many of whom have twenty to thirty five years of experience teaching. We go to great care to craft our curricula so that class instruction ensures proper progression for the dancer in a continuous, planned program year-round. Our nine-month sessions are developed for the goal of providing the continuity dancers need to progress. Each nine-month term concludes with an annual spring recital.
We accept students as young as three, up to adults, beginner through advanced levels. For optimal training, we do limit class sizes.
A happy introduction to the art of dance. This 45-minute class consists of basic ballet and acrobat (tumbling) technique and movement.

Classical Ballet
Recognizing that strong ballet technique is the foundation for nearly all other dance forms, we provide rigorous classes for all ages, with the charge of imparting the skills and vocabulary that are requisite for each developmental stage.

Pointe
Once dancers have developed intermediate-level technique, we encourage them to train in pointe work. Dancers are placed on pointe at the recommendation of the teacher. When evaluating, the teacher takes into account the student's skill, facility (weight, ankle mobility, foot strength, ability to hold turned out positions, and core strength), dedication, and degree of focus. We recognize that pointe is not for everyone.
