    About Cherney Dance Studio in Union Township, NJ

    At the Cherney Dance Studio, founded in 1956, we are proud to be the oldest and most established dance studio in Union, New Jersey. Our dance program has been enthusiastically accepted by the community, and we have earned an excellent reputation for providing superior dance education. We believe that dance training should be a pleasant and non-stressful experience, and we strive to discover and develop each student's unique talents. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential, and we have continuously updated and improved our program over the years to ensure that our students get the best possible training.

    Programs at Cherney Dance Studio in Union Township, NJ

    Tiny/Tots

    Is a great introduction to tap, ballet and a tiny bit of very basic gymnastics. The student will be instructed in a fun yet traditional environment. The class promotes a foundation of the basic dance forms.

    Kinder/Kids

    In this class the child will learn the basics of ballet and tap along with basic motor skills. It encourages the use of dance through imagination, props, song and movement.

    Combination Classes

    Kindergarten level and up. Class combinations of 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2 hours or more. May be any combination of ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics and hip-hop from first grade and up.
