About Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, NJ
The JCC is home to the renowned Thurnauer School of Music, Leonard and Syril Rubin Nursery School, Neil Klatskin Summer Camps, and the JCC Dance and Drama Schools. Baby Dance
Take your first dance steps at the JCC Dance School! Your little one will learn the basics of jazz and ballet in a fun and playful environment using props and lots of imagination. This class is concurrent with specific milestones of child development.

These classes offer comprehensive training in ballet techniques. Ballet training is the base of all dance styles and improves flexibility while developing poise and grace. Pair your ballet training with either tap or jazz in one of our combo classes. Expand your world of tap through new steps and fun combinations or build a solid jazz dance foundation to fun up-tempo music!
