At Oak Knoll, we believe every student has a unique purpose and calling. Here, we provide an environment where students can discover that purpose and positively impact the world. Rooted in Catholic traditions, values, and teachings, Oak Knoll delivers a solid foundation for our students to grow and thrive. Through our faith, our students learn to see the world through a lens of compassion, empathy, and kindness, just like the roots of a tree that provide stability and nourishment for the entire ecosystem.
We offer short weeklong camps in sports, theater, arts and crafts, water games and more. Most of our offerings take place on our 11-acre campus in Summit, New Jersey. Several sports camps are held at our Chatham Fields athletic complex, the home to our soccer, field hockey, lacrosse and softball teams in nearby Chatham (300 Green Village Road, Green Village, NJ 07935). This site offers a fantastic two-story pavilion with restrooms, an athletic training room, an athletic equipment room, and a staff room. There is 1 grass field and 1 turf field that offer top quality game and practice facilities primarily for our high school level lacrosse, field hockey, and soccer programs in addition to a diamond for our softball program. Descriptions below indicate the location of each camp!

Summer Kindergarten Ready
Kindergarten Ready is academically based and includes opportunities for play and socialization. As emergent readers, students will start to become comfortable with printed words and gain skills in sight word recognition as well as phonetic decoding. Students will be introduced to counting, graphing and measurement using manipulatives such as pattern blocks. Students will learn to recognize, duplicate and create patterns of all kinds. Socialization will be fostered through group activities. These young students should be prepared for kindergarten at the end of this course.
