SWIM LESSONS
Along with everything else, The Rochelle Park Swim Club also offers swimming lessons! These lessons are available for children (ages 3 and up) to adults. These lessons are offered to members and non members by our Red Cross Certified swim instructors. These lessons are designed for all levels, classes allow swimmers to develop good habits in, on and near water, become comfortable in the water. learn and refine new strokes, and become stronger and safer swimmers!

We are a recreational team focused on developing swimmers using a fun approach with a focus on enthusiasm! We provide a nurturing environment to guide our athletes towards the maximum development of their ability. Our program is centered on promoting high self-esteem and goal achievement through the pursuit of personal excellence while encouraging kids to become well rounded.
