Art Studio

A Time To Kiln is a Red Bank art studio where adults and children come to create their very own masterpieces - or shop for take home versions of our activities - since 1998.

Visitors can choose from an array of different activities including:  painting on pottery, canvas and wood; Mosaic Making, Critter Stuffing, Glass fusing and Art Classes.

Inexpensive

Choose from a wide variety of bisque, ranging from everyday dinnerware, platters, children's and seasonal items.  Design and paint your creation.  Leave your project, we'll glaze and fire it for you.  Pick up in one week.

We have a wide variety of mirrors, boxes, frames, wall hangings, planters etc.  Choose your project and design it with a wide selection of broken tiles, sea glass, buttons, beads, marbles, shells and many more.  Take home that day and grout another day with provided grout.



mosaic making

Choose from different sizes and colors of canvas. We have some pre-sketched if you need some inspiration.   Pick your colors and create an amazing one of a kind work of art to hang.  Take home that day.

A time to kiln Red Bank

Excellent for all ages. I would advise 8 years old and older due to the cost and ceramic components. also, my longtime pal who is 8 years old. Everyone had a terrific time. I appreciate that staff members don't pester you or rush your painting. Very soothing. If you go during a busy time, it could be crowded. Unfortunately, there is no room to store refreshments for your trip. Will return without a doubt!
