Rob N07/19/20225Since I attended their sports camp as a child and my son still does, the neighborhood Y has been helping single parents like me. There are several possibilities available. For the little ones, there is also judo and basketball available. I pleaded with the locals to help this area out as much as they can since we need it. They have such a wonderful, considerate staff.
Vangie J08/16/20225I completely agree that it's a great no-frills location with no elitism, diversity, and people of all ages and income levels. I don't drive, so I can walk from my house to the gym, work out without stress or crowds, and then return home without feeling as worried as I would if I had to drive to one of the nearby gyms that is busier, ruder, or noisier. There are no sales pushes, "free assessments," or sales methods. I use it as a little, simple, but ideal-sized gym for the neighborhood. It is a neighborhood gym.
Tarra E10/18/20224Popular children's summer camp, some of it under big tents and much of it outside. includes a daily afternoon swimming instruction. Extremely welcoming, quite ethnic, lacking in social snobbery, and reasonably priced
Marrie I04/11/20225I cherish the YMCA. My son is away at camp. He adores. the entire faculty. They are incredibly kind, joyful, and concerned about the children. extremely professional. They engage in play with each child. Many thanks
