Our classes include preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, trampoline classes, tumbling classes, cheerleading, karate, Ninja Zone, Summer fun and fitness day program, birthday parties, and much more. Plus, we have a complete in-house dance studio, Bodies in Motion Dance Centre, offering classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, boys classes, and creative movement. This 45 minute introductory class is specifically designed for children ages 18-36 months and uses gymnastics and fitness circuits to further your child's cognitive and physical development. Kids learn shapes, colors, sequencing and numbers while also improving their flexibility, strength, and balance. With a parent with them every step of the way, and our qualified instructors incorporating a range of activities, from body awareness exercises to gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls and progressions for handstands and cartwheels, children receive a comprehensive and fun introduction to healthy habits. After completion of this level, students graduate to the "New Stars" level. Little dippers: 18 - 27 months; Big Dippers: 28 - 36 months.



Little & Big Dipper (Parent/Tot) :

The study of classical ballet concentrates on balance, grace, and flexibility. Each level building upon the previous to expand the dancers’ movement, vocabulary, and technique.


Ballet 

These classes are geared to give your dancer a taste of everything. The student will get the opportunity to study each of the major disciplines in dance, following a syllabus that builds upon itself with each level. Classes are fun, exciting, and keep your child moving.

Bodies In Motion Dance Centre

All dance students can learn in a secure and enjoyable setting at Bodies in Motion, a fantastic dance facility. Each pupil is genuinely cared about by the knowledgeable personnel. The end-of-year recital is a top-notch concert that gives pupils the chance to showcase all of their development and get stage experience. Additionally, the studio offers one-of-a-kind performance chances not available at other studios!
