At Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics we believe that gymnastics training provides the best possible foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, and coordination, the basics of all sports. We aim to develop each student’s self-discipline, self-confidence, and enthusiasm, as well as gymnastics skills.

The focus of the Pre-School Program at ENA is to develop gross motor motion among our young athletes. ENA provides specifically designed, enjoyable classes for children 18 months through 5 years old. The classes lasts 45 minutes. Each week the children learn progressive gymnastics skills on all of the four events: (vault, bars, balance beam, and tumbling) as well as the trampoline, rings, and mini-trampoline. While learning, the children enjoy celebrating the “theme of the week,” such as beach week, backwards week, etc



Pre-School Program

Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics runs a general gymnastics program for children 5 years and older. Our main emphasis is on safely learning fun gymnastics. ENA’s general program class lasts 1 1/2 hours long and meets once per week. Each week the classes take part in a 15 minute stretch period, 3 different gymnastics events and a 15 minute strength period. Girls’ events include: Tumbling, Mini- Trampoline, & Balance Beam or Trampoline, Uneven Bars, & Vault.

Our program is perfectly designed so that your child can develop the strength, coordination, and balance that he/she can use in all physical activities. In addition, the classes build self-confidence and give our students the chance to try out our fun-filled sport in a safe environment
