Norwood Swim Club is located in a quiet secluded area of Northern Bergen County. Easily accessible but off the beaten path, located behind Kennedy Field in Norwood, New Jersey. The club is a place to come relax and unwind with a book under our umbrellas or chat with friends while taking in the sights and sounds of summer. Of course, there is plenty to do out in the the sun with the many activities available for all to enjoy.

At Paragon, we believe that challenging a student’s mind in conjunction with the body are the building blocks for healthy well-rounded individuals. The objective at Paragon is to provide a happy and healthy environment that motivates students to be confident and capable individuals. While safety is a key factor, and gymnastics and fitness the fundamental tools, our goal is also to teach caring, sharing, respect and communication within a group environment. Our superior teaching staff is sensitive to the individual capabilities of each student in his/her class. The small student to teacher ratio and the support of the managers and staff assistants, enables instructors and coaches to deal effectively with each student’s needs, and to progress them accordingly.

We are based in Norwood, NJ and our curriculum is the first of its kind! It is a complete Martial Arts System that includes a progressive rank system, inclusive of fitness, technical skill and self defense combat applications that has been modified to not only be safe for the practitioner, but alot of fun, too. Master Ace Ramirez was featured on MTV's popular series "MADE" as an exclusive COACH where he exposed was first to expose Muay Thai Kickboxing to the public as he helped transform a teenage girl deal with her Bullies in school while also finding the confidence to reach her personal goals.

The Children's Department was beautifully renovated in 2019. We now have a comfortable sitting area for kids and their parents or caregivers, plenty of study tables to get homework done, as well as computers! We offer board books, picture books, non-fiction, graphic novels, magazines, a Korean Language section, and so much more for our young readers!
