Our mission is to teach traditional Taekwon-do to students of all ages. Taekwon-do provides fitness, confidence, flexibility and self-defense. Our professional staff of experienced instructors challenge students to set and achieve their goals, as they progress through the ranks.
Taekwon-do practice is great for both your physical and mental health. Our instructors and students support each other’s achievement while building a community of friends and mentors along the way.

Mighty Lions (students age 4-6)
The Mighty Lions classes emphasize focus and listening skills, following directions, confidence building, as well as respect for self and others, while working on physical conditioning through Taekwon-do practice.
This program is tailored for our younger students, and is adapted to shorter attention spans and a need for structure and kindness. Balance and gross motor skills are paired with courtesy and self control through training.

Juniors (students age 7-14)
The Juniors program develops flexibility, physical development, positive competitiveness, self-esteem, attention to detail, goal setting and achievement.
Juniors classes are structured by belt level, allowing students to train with others at the same belt level. We also have classes that mix Adult students and Juniors which offer the Adults a faster-pace from the Adult-only classes, and offer the Juniors a stabilizing influence from the Adults. Some people refer to this as the “Family” class as parents can train with their children in the Juniors program.

Young Adults Camp (students age 12-18, and age 11)
Young Adults Camp (students age 12-18, and age 11 Red Belts & Black Belts)
This day camp is open to people age 12 and up, and to Red Belts and Black Belts age 11. Because these students are older than the younger Juniors they have greater capabilities that need to be encouraged and challenged to bring out their abilities and develop the more mature martial artist we know is inside these students.
