Tiny Greenhouse is dedicated to providing children with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of art in a safe, natural, and non-toxic way. Our art classes are designed to teach and build upon age-appropriate art making skills while nurturing creative and imaginative communication, thinking and promoting self-discovery and independence. We strive to create a positive and dynamic environment with a focus on inspiring and sparking the imaginations of kids. Where possible, we integrate recycled items into our classes in order to raise awareness of how art can be interconnected with their community and have an impact on the larger world. With Tiny Greenhouse, kids can explore art while also helping to preserve our planet's resources!

Kidbilt provides an opportunity for kids ages 4 and up to get creative and get building! Our full day holiday camps, after school classes, and special events teach children the basics of engineering and design using a variety of materials like wood, cardboard, clay, and paper. With the help of tools and guidance from our experienced staff, students can plan, measure, and build objects of their own design. Not only will kids have fun seeing their designs come to life, but they’ll also develop important skills like physical dexterity, spatial and mechanical reasoning, and understanding of materials and concepts. With Kidbilt, your child can use their imagination to build something amazing!

We offer a space where dancers can work hard, discover themselves, and take what they learn into the world. We believe in empowering our dancers to take their knowledge and transform it into something magical.

Kerri Smith has a long and impressive history with Irish Dance. At age 8 she found her passion and 19 years later it is still going strong. Over the course of 14 years of competitive Irish Dance, Kerri represented the DeNogla School of Irish Dance under the direction of Jennifer Nagle-McGovern and Alison Nagle and earned five Oireachtas (Regional) championships, second place in the North American Irish Dance Championships, and fourth place in the World Championships in 2009. She was also featured on the cover of Irish Dance and Culture Magazine and has had the privilege of performing on Broadway and with NJPAC with renowned artists such as Eileen Ivers, Frank Patterson, and the Trinity Irish Dance Company. Kerri’s journey in Irish Dance didn’t end there. In 2012 she became an An Coimisiun Le Rince Gaelacha (World Irish Dance Commission) certified Irish Dance Instructor and the following September she opened the Kerri Smith Academy of Irish Dance. Through the academy, she has had the opportunity to perform at cultural festivals, St. Patrick’s Day parades, and competitively at local feiseanna, Regional Oireachtas, and North American Championships. In 2014, Kerri was honored with the New Jersey Irish Business Association’s Woman of the Year award for her work with the dance school. The school opened its own studio in Downtown Jersey City in September of the same year. In 2022, Kerri celebrated the milestone of 10 years in business with the Kerri Smith Academy of Irish Dance and looks forward to the school’s continued success in the years to come.

We offer swimming classes for families located between Fort Lee and Elizabeth, with pools located near Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Secaucus, Weehawken, Edgewater, North Bergen, Harrison, Newark, Kearny, Clifton, Passaic, Fairfield, West Caldwell, Montclair, West Orange, East Orange, Livingston, Short Hills, and other neighboring communities. Our program is designed to teach children the importance of water survival skills in a fun and engaging way. Through a structured program of songs, games, and other activities, we make learning about swimming an enjoyable experience. Enrolling your family in our swimming classes is simple. Just follow these steps: 1) Review the program information provided. 2) Select a pool location near you. 3) Contact the pool to confirm availability. 4) Complete the enrollment form. 5) Receive confirmation of your enrollment and payment information. The Kennedy Dancers, is a non-profit Jersey City Based Professional, American Dance Company established in 1976 with a mission of bringing high quality dance training and professional performance opportunities to the NY/NJ Metro area. Since its inception, the company has grown to respond to the community’s special needs serving low income/at risk/incarcerated teens/senior citizens through diverse dance classes offering fun/fitness/performance opportunities.

Next Step Broadway JC is a hub of creativity and expression. Our talented instructors provide an encouraging environment for all ages and experience levels to explore the joys of dancing, singing, and acting. We emphasize the development of technical, musical, creative, and performance skills to help students build up confidence and self-esteem. Jersey City Theater Center (JCTC) is a vibrant organization that strives to inspire conversations about the issues of our time. Founded by Executive Producer Olga Levina, an immigrant from Belarus, JCTC produces and presents works that are both universal and locally relevant, with an emphasis on social justice and human rights. Since 2006, JCTC has proudly provided a platform for all artistic voices to be heard. By engaging in meaningful dialogue through the arts, we foster greater understanding and respect, ultimately leading us to build better communities. Our core programs include Voices International Theatre Festival, Stories of Greenville, as well as original works. Additionally, JCTC also offers youth arts education, artist support, and community outreach. In 2021, JCTC served over 9,100 individuals and worked with more than 400 artists.
