About Elite Gymnastics

Elite Gymnastics is dedicated to providing children of all ages and skill levels, the opportunity to gain new confidence through improved motor skills, socialization, creative expression, and hands-on experiences. All students enrolled in Elite's gymnastic classes will participate in a poster reward system, developed by Fun & Fitness Gymnastic Center. This system provides the student with rewards and incentives for learning new skills and also provides parents with a simple way to monitor their child's progress. In addition, Elite offers a wide range of classes designed especially for children 3 months to 6 years of age. These include our Mommy & Me Fitness program, swimming lessons, Lil' NinjaZone®and Elite's Peak, our rock climbing wall.

Mommy & Me Fitness Classes
At Elite, we provide a physical education program for children 3 months to 4½ years. Classes are structured so that the child will be introduced to new activities at progressively higher skill levels. Each class takes advantage of our modern facilities and innovative obstacle courses. Classes incorporate music, gymnastic apparatus, trampolines, tunnels, ladders, trestles, slides, and more. Activities at Elite help develop eye/hand coordination, perceptual motor skills, spatial awareness, directionality, and listening skills.

Beginner Classes (6 yrs. & up)
Formal classes consist of one hour personalized instruction beginning with proper warm up calisthenics. Groups are arranged based on age and/or ability, when possible, to enhance the learning process.

Pre-Kindergarten (4½ - 5 yrs.)
Our pre-K Gymnastics program is a structured 40-minute class that teaches basic gymnastic skills in tumbling, vaulting, balance beam, bars, rope, rings, mini trampoline, and trampoline.
