Alexa L06/04/20225I just recently enrolled my kids in karate. They initially battled with me when I said no, but now they enjoy it and eagerly anticipate the next lesson. I started participating in kickboxing fitness, and it's been amazing. The group is incredibly helpful and supportive. Great personalities, Mr. Damon and Mr. G. have a lot of compassion when dealing with the diversity of the members. They also have a great sense of humor, which adds to the enjoyment of learning a new skill. Definitely a recommendation.
Isla P10/14/20225Excellent organization that teaches not only martial arts but also life values like leadership, perseverance, and ethics. The teachers are excellent at involving the students and keeping them on course while always making it enjoyable for them! I've picked up a few self-defense techniques via classes and coaching my son. It's simple for this working parent to attend the lessons that match with her schedule because there are a variety of session periods during the week and on Saturdays. Highly advised!
Donna K11/06/20225I just started taking kick boxing classes here to mix up my training schedule. I'm so happy I did! The instructors are animated, and the fellow kick boxers really foster a warm sense of camaraderie. Here, you are more than just a face; they get to know you well and care about your success. No of your level of fitness, you can persevere through the challenging classes. These programs are a fun, challenging method to achieve your goals, whether they involve weight loss, strength building, or simply establishing good habits. 10/10 would advise.
