MIXED MEDIA ART: AGES 5 - 7
Fun and imaginative, this class will cultivate creativity in your child while teaching basic art skills. They will be encouraged to color outside the lines and use their imagination. Materials will include tempera and acrylic paints, crayons, clay, markers, and other mixed media: so dress accordingly - we will get messy and crafty!

Come explore all types of media in this fun and creative art class. Each week we will explore a different media including pencils, pastels, markers, paint, fabric, clay and plaster. From technical drawing skills to sculpting clay and creative painting, your child will learn and create in a nurturing environment allowing his or her individual technique and creativity to shine. Students of all levels and experience are welcome. Many of our art supplies are non-washable, so dress accordingly.

Let’s bring art and technology together by providing students with the skills and inspiration to make art on a virtual canvas. Students learn the basics of using a digital platform while enjoying the freedom to create satisfying images, characters & techniques. Learn how to draw, color and manipulate images with digital tools on a tablet. An ipad and the app procreate are required for class.
