Head Over Heels Gymnastics has two locations in Central New Jersey, Parlin and Middletown, where kids of all ages can take part in a variety of classes that are tailored to their interests. Starting from 18-months old, our youngest gym-goers are offered preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, trampoline classes, tumbling classes, cheerleading, karate, Ninja Zone, and Summer fun and fitness day program. We also have a complete in-house dance studio called Bodies in Motion Dance Centre that offers ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, boys classes, and creative movement. All of our classes are taught by professional and safety-certified coaches, ensuring a safe and fun learning environment. At Head Over Heels Gymnastics we offer more than just physical activity, we focus on teaching our kids the importance of healthy living. We make sure to keep our classes at a healthy ratio, so each child receives quality attention and instruction.
