Diamond Gymnastics Academy is a state of the art facility providing gymnastics programs that are fun, challenging, and progressive… pre-school, recreational through advanced level gymnastics, cheer tumble and private lessons are offered Monday through Saturday. Classes are offered to children as young as 18 months and as old as 18 years.



Gymnastics

Inexpensive

A class designed for toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and their guardian to develop gross motor skills and coordination, while under the guidance of a coach.  Students will learn basic gymnastics shapes, utilize a variety of equipment (including trampolines, bars, and beams) and socialize with other children their age. 



Parent And Me 

 For children ages 3 years old (45 minutes): This class develops gross motor movement, strength, and coordination with exciting circuits, obstacles and equipment like our trampolines, spring-boards, bars, and beams.  Students also learn important social skills like following directions, sharing, and patience. 



Tiny Tumblers

Ages 5 and Up (60 minutes): These classes introduce basic gymnastics fundamentals on each apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Specific instruction is given to the importance of flexibility and strength training in order to gain competence of gymnastic skills.
