All newcomers will feel quite welcome here. The building is brand new, spotless, and has a large mat area. If you're serious about taking up this activity, Professor Helwig's instruction is unmatched. If you want to improve your skills on the mat, practice with Professor Helwig.
A community of people seeking to learn, compete, and have fun, AMA is serious but inviting. The BJJ program run by Professor Helwig is outstanding, with competitors of all ability levels who are vibrant and diverse. The same may be said about the Muay Thai program run by coach Spyda. Checking out AMA fight club would be extremely beneficial for both experienced mixed martial artists and those just looking to start their career!
This is a pretty great location for training. The instructors are excellent and enjoy teaching; they provide a terrific environment for training and having fun with the team!
fantastic school We are overjoyed that my 5-year-old has started practicing jiu jitsu here for about 7 months. He is gaining so much knowledge and confidence. The coaches are the best, and the kids' program is fantastic!
