Dream provides families with holistic martial arts, nature arts and enrichment programs centered around mindfulness, movement and character development. We are committed to the personal development of our students and to providing a warm, positive and enriching experience to our families and community. Our classes are empowering, fun and restorative and are tailored to all ages and skill levels.

Kids Programs
The martial arts are founded upon discipline and respect. The environment we foster in our school is one of mutual respect between students and teachers. The teachers lead by example. Every student is treated with respect and we uphold a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and belittling behavior of any kind including condescension, sarcasm, or offensive language and behavior.

Summer Camp
Dream Summer Camp offers a fun, safe and child-centered environment for kids to connect with nature and train in the martial way. In our camp sessions, children are free to lead, use their outdoor voices, and adopt sticks and dirt as learning instruments! Their sense of curiosity and adventure are both welcomed and encouraged. Through various games and activities, our campers build character, confidence and camaraderie.

ADULT BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the fastest growing martial arts style in the world. A systematic and highly effective approach to ground fighting, BJJ employs take-downs, joint locks and chokes. BJJ is unique in its emphasis on technique and control, rather than pure strength and athleticism. This makes it an accessible martial art for practitioners of all sizes and physical abilities. With proper training, a skilled BJJ practitioner is able to utilize leverage and technique in order to control much heavier and stronger opponents.
