At Standing Ovation School of Dance, we have been providing quality instruction for 29 years! Our classes are both fun and educational; we focus on teaching proper technique from the start. Our facility offers three dance rooms with sprung marley flooring, mirrors, barres, and professional sound systems. Our staff is truly outstanding, with either professional performing backgrounds, college degrees, or professional training. Our teachers have a passion for teaching dance to children that is evident in their classes and at our end of the year recital. We believe that dance is a great way to teach children important life lessons. Many of our students go on to pursue professional careers in dance, and some even return home after college or performing to join our staff. Our diverse staff makes our dancers adaptable to any situation, and helps them learn all styles of dance.

BCCT (Beachwood Community Children’s Theatre) has provided families in Ocean and Monmouth counties with a unique and exciting theatre experience since it was founded in 1992. Started by a mother-daughter team, BCCT has grown to become the most beloved theatre group in the area. At BCCT, our Creative Director works with a fantastic team of professionals from the community and dedicated parent volunteers to make all the magic happen. In addition, a Board of Directors ensures the organization is well-managed and running smoothly. BCCT strives to provide a safe and engaging theatre experience for children and their families in the area. We look forward to continuing our mission of sharing the joy of theatre for many years to come.

Njswim Brick offers year-round swim lessons for children of all ages and abilities. This custom-designed aquatic center features a heated indoor pool, state-of-the-art water and air filtration systems, comfortable parent viewing area, and multi-purpose studios for toddler through adult programs and pool parties. Njswim Brick is family and water baby friendly, with custom changing rooms, stroller parking, and hair drying stations.

The Girl Fight program was established in 2009, by Martial Arts enthusiast Prairie Rugilo. After nearly 15 years of being the only girl on the mats. Her goal was to inspire a few girls to try real Martial Arts. Over a decade later, we’ve produced numerous Martial Artists, fighters and female coaches. So many amazing accomplishments have happened at Girl Fight, just because a hand full of girls stepped outside of their comfort zone, while looking for a fun way to “get in shape”.

At our school, we strive to help our students gain strength, flexibility, poise and posture. Through the various styles of dance offered and our teachers’ guidance, students develop an understanding of the art of dance. In addition, as our students’ development progresses, they are also able to develop self-confidence and a greater appreciation of music and dance. We are passionate about providing a quality dance education to our students. Allowing them to explore the various styles of dance, our teachers help them develop strength, flexibility, coordination, grace, poise, posture, and most importantly, self-confidence. Whether they choose to pursue a career in dance or not, we are certain that they will take with them always self-confidence and a greater appreciation of music and dance.

Our teachers are committed to helping each and every student reach their fullest potential. We encourage our students to develop their skills both inside and outside of the studio. Our instructors are passionate about inspiring a love of movement and providing quality training to all of our dancers, regardless of why they take part in dance. At Evolution, we strive to create a positive and encouraging environment that will foster a lifelong passion for the performing arts. We are dedicated to helping our students become successful dancers and develop their skills to the highest of standards.
