Dance 'N Motion 2 was established in Rochester, NH in 1996 and has been providing quality dance instruction of all forms for all ages ever since. Our instructors are passionate about what they do and ensure that the experience is always fun! We offer a variety of classes which you can explore by clicking on the tabs above. Theatre Dance
This class is perfect for anyone looking to combine the art of stage performance with broadway-style dance & movement. Students learn how to "act" or tell a story while dancing - entertaining the audience on a theatrical level. We accomodate all ages and abilities and would love to bring out the performer in you! *No previous drama/acting experience required!
Tumbling
A custom class designed to teach the art of acrobatic movements and enhance basic gymnastics skills. We provide hands-on instruction, support & guidance. Mats are used at all times! Students should wear shorts and bring water bottles. This class is offered as a regularly scheduled class as well as 5 week sessions throughout the year!
Zumba®/Zumba Toning®
ZUMBA®/ZUMBA TONING® with Lea on Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7-8pm and Saturday mornings 8-9am. Be ready to break a sweat and burn crazy calories!! It's always a great dance party so bring your girls along!
