At Junior Gym, we believe that encouraging physical activity in children helps them build confidence and develop motor skills. Our program is based on professionally structured lesson plans that provide a fun and exciting way for children to get moving. Our activities, which include equipment, class participation and music, are designed to motivate and inspire children to be active. As children progress through the different stages of physical development, they will gain the foundation of all motor skills.
