About Nashua School of Gymnastics in Nashua, NH

At our school, we are committed to helping each student reach their highest potential in a fun and safe environment. We offer a wide range of classes for children between 18 months and high school, including preschool, recreational, tumbling, boys classes and even private use for birthday parties. In addition, we have a competitive USA Gymnastics program with levels 4-10 and a Prep-Optional program. To learn more about our facility and programs, we invite you to come and visit us. You can also register for classes at that time. We strive to create an atmosphere that builds positive self-image and encourages excellence. We believe that every student can reach their highest level of proficiency with the right environment and support.

BeAKid
Bitty Bugs

(18 months- 3 years old 45min) This energetic 45 min class focuses on gross motor development, core strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination. You child will receive lots of social interaction, while learning to work with a group, and follow an instructor. This class is a great introduction to the gymnastics world!

Busy Bees

3 years old (must be 3 years old by week of first class 45 min) Our 45 min long Busy Bees classes will help your child gain more independence, and socialization. This classes focuses on developing strength and coordination through obstacle course fun! Students in this class will be introduced to beginner gymnastics and locomotive skills, while practicing colors, numbers, and letters!

Happy Hoppers

Our Happy Hoppers and Mini Monkeys classes offers more challenges and requires more stamina than the 45 minute classes including an extra rotation. In these classes, students will improve coordination, flexibility, and strength. With the added rotation of stationed activities, students will begin to learn more challenging skills in repetition, while preparing for the structure of the Recreational classes. Mini Monkeys will develop more advanced skills; challenging the students’ strength, balance, and concentration. Both classes continue to integrate colors, numbers, and letters.
