At Belinda Bridgeman Academy of Dance, we offer dance classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a recreational dancer, pre-professional, or even a professional dancer, we have classes designed just for you! Our studio has been providing quality dance instruction for 29 years and we are proud to be the longest running dance studio in Merrimack. Our unique approach to teaching offers our students the chance to train in a way that is not available at other studios. We believe that dance can improve our students’ lives in more ways than they can imagine and we strive to make sure each student feels important. We also offer the option to compete on an individual basis, if requested.

Our adult program is the perfect opportunity to break out of your comfort zone and step outside of your regular fitness routine. Our classes are designed to help you reach your peak in physical and mental performance. Black belt is an impressive achievement, and we want to commend you all for your perseverance, dedication, and hard work to get there. Serving the Greater Nashua Community since 1924, this quality day camp offers programs to boys and girls ages 5 to 16. Campers can choose from sessions lasting up to 10 weeks, featuring traditional activities and specialty camps that provide more time for them to explore what they love. Safety and teamwork are emphasized so your child can build self-confidence and make friends. Camp Sargent is the perfect destination for your child this summer. With its 22-acre location on Lake Naticook in Merrimack, NH, and its proximity to the Merrimack and Nashua Y, Camp Sargent is just minutes away from family fun. Since 1924, Camp Sargent has provided the Greater Nashua Community with a quality day camp experience, with sessions ranging from one to ten weeks. Traditional camp activities and specialty camps allow campers to explore their interests and learn valuable lessons in safety, teamwork, and self-confidence, while making friends and memories to last a lifetime.

Parents looking for an exciting and enriching summer experience for their children need to look no further than Naticook Summer Day Camp. Operated by the Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department and held at scenic Wasserman Park in Merrimack, NH, the camp is a great place for children ages 4 to 15. Campers are divided into groups according to age, grade, and gender and are offered a wide array of activities such as archery, parachute games, dance, nature, sports, theater, and arts and crafts. They are also provided with a healthy hot lunch every day and American Red Cross certified swim lessons. Naticook’s mission is to provide a fun and safe environment to help promote self-confidence, respect, and good sportsmanship. For teens entering grades 6-10, Camp Trek Teen Adventure Camp is the perfect choice. It operates as a subset of Naticook Day Camp and offers an alternative to the traditional day camp experience. It features a mix of traditional camp activities, along with four weekly field trips that explore different destinations throughout New England. This is the ideal way for teens to make the most of their summer and have an adventure they won’t soon forget.
