This year, Tri-Star is proud to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary! Our owners, Karen Ciccotelli, Haven Milton, and Joni Bjorkman, have a combined 50+ years of experience in the gymnastics industry and are highly certified. At Tri-Star, we offer more than just gymnastics classes. We also offer tumbling classes, summer camps, vacation camps, birthday parties, sleepovers, and parent’s nights out. With so many services to choose from, Tri-Star is the perfect place for your child to learn gymnastics and have fun!

At Seacoast Warriors, we are passionate about helping families learn to protect themselves and their loved ones. Located in Dover, New Hampshire, our martial arts school offers self-defense and martial arts training for the whole family, including kids, teens, and adults. We integrate a variety of traditional and modern disciplines, with a focus on real-world self-defense techniques to keep families safe both in the playground and on the street. Seacoast Warriors is committed to helping individuals and families develop the confidence, physical and mental strength, and indomitable spirit that comes with self-defense and martial arts training. We strive to provide a safe and realistic environment to support our students’ growth and development. Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, we provide the resources and support for all family members to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones.

In 2010, Kevin Watson returned to his hometown of New Hampshire after 15 years of living in Seattle, WA. He had trained under Marcelo Alonso (MABJJ), a Team Carlson Gracie, and was given his blessing to open KWBJJ in Dover with the guidance of Professor Marcelo. In 2012, Kevin Watson was awarded his black belt in BJJ and has continued to spread his love and passion for the sport in the Dover area. At KWBJJ, the team atmosphere is strong and the instructors are passionate about sharing the knowledge and experience of their martial art. It is a place for students of all levels to come and learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The knowledge, patience, and consistency of the training have all been credited to the school’s success.

At The Sonatina Center, we understand the importance of creative arts in the health and well-being of individuals. We strive to holistically support our clients by providing creative arts therapies through a culturally and contextually-aware lens. At Portsmouth Christian Academy, our philosophy of education is based on the Classical Trivium. The McDonough-Grimes Irish Dance School is a tribute to two families who came together to create a new life in the United States. The union of these two families, one from the East and one from the West, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for Irish culture, wit, music and, especially, Irish dance. At the McDonough-Grimes Irish Dance School, we carry on the legacy of my ancestors and honor their journey with a commitment to providing quality instruction in traditional Irish dance. We are proud to be part of New Hampshire's vibrant Irish dance scene, and we take special pride in sharing the rich culture of my Irish heritage with others.

At the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, we’ve made tremendous progress since moving to our new location over a decade ago. Our Board, staff, and community have come together to expand our exhibit area, diversify our program offerings, and create an environment that works to meet the needs of families. Now, as we look to the future, we’re even more committed to providing our guests with a memorable experience. Our three-year Strategic Plan is designed to build upon our existing strengths and help us reach new heights. We’re focusing on ways to enhance our exhibits, become more environmentally friendly, increase our marketing efforts, and invest in a quality staff team. With this plan in place, we look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come.

At Rising Phoenix Martial Arts we believe that martial arts can be a great way to learn self-discipline, self-confidence, respect, and mindfulness. We strive to create a drama free learning environment and ensure respect is a two-way street. Our instructors work hard to ensure students are not bullied or pressured into anything. We believe that anyone can learn martial arts, as long as they have the desire and are willing to work hard. Our martial arts program is based on the art of Shaolin Kenpo Karate. This art form combines concepts from hard-styles of Okinawan Karate and Chinese wushu. It focuses on striking, kicking, grappling, and felling. Our classes are designed to help every student improve their physical and mental well-being, as well as their self-defense skills. We also strive to help each student develop a sense of respect for their peers and instructors.
