In the parent and child classes, you will have a great time developing your child 's basic motor skills, coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance development skills, by participating in a variety of activities, through games and basic gymnastics. You and your child will enjoy the use of safe and age-appropriate equipment including vault, bars, balance beam, floor, and trampoline. Parents are involved in each class to provide support, comfort, and encouragement to our new gymnasts as they develop and master new skills. Mommy & Me classes are open to boys and girls between the ages of 18 month and 3 years old.

MOMMY & ME (BOYS & GIRLS AGES 18 MO. - 3 YEARS)

It is FUN, it is healthy, and it is play with a purpose! Our program's primary goal for preschoolers is to develop a high level of gross motor skills, learn basic gymnastic skills in proper progression , and to build self-confidence with the use of various circuits, bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline.

TWINKLES (BOYS & GIRLS AGES 3-4)

Beginner classes receive instruction in all the women's Olympic events: balance beam, vault, uneven bars, floor, trampoline and tumble track. Gymnasts in this class will learn the basic skills of gymnastics on each event. 

STARS CLASSES 1 Hour (& up)

Receive instruction in all the men's Olympic events: parallel bars, vault, pommel horse, steel rings, high bar, floor, trampoline and tumble track. Gymnasts in this class will learn the basic skills on each event.
