James L06/21/20215Together with both of my kids, I take part in Y-Guides. We have visited every Y camp in the region, and this is our favorite. Beautiful is the vista. No group of ours can determine why the food in this camp is so much better than that in the other camps. It truly stands out among the competition. The cabins are fresh and contemporary.
Vanessa R09/19/20225there are two girls, nine years apart. Both the second and first adore it equally. Both the physical size and the quantity of campers appeal to me. My kids have gone to really big camps where it was hard to locate your friends or go to the next skill with easily while still meeting new people after 10–14 days at camp. Additionally, I've sent them to tiny, private camps where there wasn't much celebration going on. The center spot is perfect for cheerio. Big, but not too so. Enough campers to identify many with like interests, yet few enough to recognize one another. The staff is wonderful and polite.
Gladez J10/10/20225Without a question, camp Cheerio is my favorite place on earth. On this mountainside, I have made a ton of pals, some of them are closer than my buddies from home. The staff and counselors at Cheerio are truly fantastic, and they go above and beyond to make your experience there the best it can be. I have nothing but affection for everyone at this camp. Cheerio really is like a second home.
