About Dream Gymnastics
Dream Gymnastics is a great place to get your kids involved in a sport that helps them build strong fundamentals while having fun. Our programs are tailored to each child's individual needs, creating a safe and positive environment for them to learn and grow. Our experienced instructors will encourage your child to develop body awareness and control, flexibility, strength, and coordination while building confidence and having a great time. We understand that children learn differently and we love helping each one shine!

PARENT & TOT
Classes are designed for children ages 18 months – 2 years old with the assistance of a parent or guardian. An instructor will lead the parent and tot through several obstacle courses and experience the fundamentals of gymnastics taught in the simplest form. Games and manipulatives are combined to create a safe and fun environment and allow the child the opportunity to learn to socialize and increase fine and gross motor skills.
PRESCHOOL
Classes are designed for children ages 3 – 4 years old where we focus on teaching basic motor skills, socialization, and the simplest gymnastics skills. Obstacle courses ad games are combined to create a fun and safe atmosphere. Specialized preschool equipment from both men’s and women’s events will be represented during weekly lesson plans.
BEGINNER GIRLS
Beginner classes are designed for girls ages 5–6, 7-8, & 9+ years old where we focus on introducing the fundamentals of gymnastics and skill building. Obstacle courses are combined with structured instruction to create a fun and exciting learning experience.
