At our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Judo and Self-Defense classes, adults can benefit from group training. You can also take part in competition training and open mats on the weekend. As well as group classes, our youth program offers private lessons with a selection of experienced instructors. 

When it comes to self-defense, our group classes are perfect for adults who want to learn a range of techniques. On the weekend, there are competition training classes and open mats for adults to hone their skills. We also have a youth program with private lessons available from a variety of experienced instructors.

Our mission is to empower children with Jiu Jitsu - enhancing their confidence and self-esteem on and off the mat. Jiu-Jitsu gives children the opportunity to have fun while practicing focus and discipline so that they can carry this mindset with them wherever they go. We teach fundamentals in self-defense, communication, and the use of Jiu-Jitsu as a last resort.
