Survival Class Program
This is a water survival program designed to teach independent swimming and self-rescue skills to infants, toddlers and young children. We begin by gently introducing your child to the water and then focus on teaching them to attain and maintain a back float from any fall-in situation. Older children also learn to swim a short distance between back floats to reach a safe location. At the end of the course, your child will practice their skills in clothing and shoes to simulate a real water accident. You will also learn how to work with them yourself to maintain their skills and safely enjoy the water together.

Kicks & Tricks
The purpose of Kicks & Tricks is to improve students' body positions in the water and kick technique, to make sure their skills remain sharp, and to have fun swimming in a structured environment. This program is an optional next step after completing Survival. Students will learn or improve their prone kicking skills and refine their swim-float-swim sequence to prepare for the FUNdations level. A variety of toys, games and activities are incorporated into these lessons to encourage a love of the water in addition to continued respect for it.

Beginning Stroke
This class is for children who are strong swimmers and are starting to outgrow FUNdations. The purpose of this class is to continue good swimming habits learned in FUNdations and introduce arm movement. Students will learn a modified freestyle with recovery-focused arm movements in this level, while continuing to reinforce a strong kick with good head and body position. This class is ideal to prepare children for their first year of an amateur swim team.
