Visiting an art gallery is a fantastic way to relax, have fun, learn about the world we live in, and find inspiration for your own artistic endeavors. Cain Center for the Arts is proud to announce the presentation of 5 wonderful exhibitions during the 2022-2023 season with the Cain Center for the Arts. 

Explore this year’s inviting selection of shows and learn more about the artists and their work below. Take note of the opening and closing dates and make plans to join us for the reception of each exhibit, where you will have the opportunity to meet the artists and enjoy an evening of artist talks with light refreshments provided.

EXHIBITIONS

Cain Center for the Arts is currently accepting applications for our 2022-2023 cohort for our Community Music Program.  Begun in 2020, this program offers local Lake Norman students ages 7-18 the opportunity to take private one-on-one lessons in voice, guitar, or piano at no cost.  A local music school teaches the classes, Learn Music.  The students commit to a full academic year of lessons, two public performances, and regular attendance.  Once achieved, the student will receive a FREE instrument at the end of the year.

CCA will serve as a gathering place where people of all ages can enjoy the arts in a stunning new facility. Additionally, because of its location in Cornelius, our region will be able to attend performances that would otherwise require a difficult-to-avoid trip to Charlotte. Its presence will serve as a catalyst for additional exciting advancements both locally and elsewhere.
