Once joining our Stars Team Program, your gymnast will start learning the basics of strength, flexibility, and technique needed for advanced gymnastics skills. Introduction to dance, connection,  and technical form will be instructed in this program. We believe in support and encouragement to  build confidence in our athletes.

Stars Teams

The Pre Team Program is an invitational only program designed for gymnasts who have mastered our Stars Program and are ready to Pepare for one our Competition Team.  Gymnasts who  have  strength, flexibility. coordination, balance, and agility as well as the  basics to Gymnastics techniques.  Pre Team  will master routines necessary to join our AAU or USAG Competitive Team Program the following year.

Once joining our Pre Team Program, your gymnast will be challanged with strength, flexibilty, and technique, needed for advanced gymnastics skills. We believe in support and encouragement to build confidence in our athletes. Our development program is mandatory enrolement of 1 year.  Gymnasts may miss no more then 1 practice each month. 

Pre Team Progam

Jr Elite is our entry level  In House AAU Team.  This is the perfect program for an athlete that wants to pursue advanced gymnasts without the full time commitment of all the hours!  This team competes once a year at our home meet The Lucky Charm Invitational. Gymnasts will work on advancded skills, technique, and dance, as well as learn a competition routine on all 4 events.
